Joseph Wilson Lowry was a prolific London cartographer and engraver, later working with Blackie and as the appointed engraver to the Geological Survey of Great Britian and Ireland. Early edition of a classic London series.

Charles Francois Delamarche and his son Felix were two of the most important French mapmakers of the late 18th and early 19th century.
